ANALYSTS have said that more Government-linked companies (GLCs) should implement voluntary separation schemes (VSS) to trim their workforce after a GLC revealed its plan to cut 3,000 workers.
United Engineers (M) Bhd's (UEM) name popped up many times as one of the GLCs that ought to undertake a VSS since it has 20,000 employees.
