HUNZA Properties Bhd has kicked off construction work on its RM200mil mixed project, Alila, on an 18-acre site in Tanjung Bungah.
Group executive chairman Datuk Khor Teng Tong told StarBiz the project was launched during this period, when property prices were on the low side, so that purchasers could grab the opportunity to buy affordable homes in a prime location.
