Apex proceeds with China healthcare plan


Apex Healthcare Bhd will proceed with its original plan to invest in a China-based pharmaceutical company, but on a smaller scale. 

In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia last Friday, the company said it would take up a 25% stake in Xiamen Maidiken Science & Technology Co Ltd (XMST) via a wholly-owned subsidiary for RM9.8mil.
