Syed Mokhtar completes DRB-HICOM deal

Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Albukhary has completed his acquisition of a 15.8% interest in DRB-Hicom Bhd for RM560mil on Feb 4. 

He bought the stake, totalling 155.4 million shares in DRB-HICOM, through his privately held Etika Strategi Sdn Bhd.
