PENANG Skills Development Centre (PSDC) expects some 200 fresh graduates with first degrees to register this year for its newly launched Industrial Skills Enhancement Programme (INSEP).
PSDC training executive (systems and programme development) Tan Swee Guat said in an interview that INSEP was a programme fully funded by the Federal Government.
