THE Audi A6 was named World Car of the Year in an award ceremony held on Feb 16 in Toronto.
A panel of judges made up of 48 renowned motoring journalists gave the sporty business saloon the inaugural title over 35 competitors.
The “candidates” were judged based on criteria such as product characteristics, safety measures as well as their “wow” factors, Euromobil Sdn Bhd said in a statement.
Euromobil is the importer and distributor or Audi cars in Malaysia.
