THE Golden Infolink group, which is an up-and-coming discount telecommunications services provider, plans to market its prepaid cards to mobile phone users in institutions of higher learning as well as members of national cooperatives.
The group, which targets a Mesdaq listing in the third quarter of this year, has identified several universities and cooperatives to supply its prepaid services.
