AVIVA Insurance Bhd, a top fire insurer and the second largest travel insurance provider in the country, expects its Internet portal, GenLink, to spearhead company growth this year.
Chief executive officer Song Yam Lim said its business-to-business portal was different from that of other players in the industry as it allowed agents to inquire about their portfolio, including outstanding claims, as well as to issue policies for different types of products.
