BANDAR Raya Developments Bhd (BDRB) has yet to fix the unit prices for its upcoming RM500mil Binjai luxury condominium project near the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), but foreign investors are already making a beeline for a piece of the real estate, to be designed by famous architect, Norman Foster.

“We have received significant interest from foreign investors who have registered to be among the early buyers of the property,” chief executive officer Datuk Jagan Sabapathy said after the company's EGM in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
