WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) - Telecom Corp., New Zealand's largest listed company, reported a second quarter profit of 198 million New Zealand dollars (US$141 million; euro109 million) Friday, beating analysts' forecasts but lower than the same period the previous year.
Analysts forecasts for Telecom profit for the period ranged from NZ$188-193 million (US$133-137 million; euro102-106 million).
