This is Westside Restaurant, which is owned by James Francis Xavier, 36. Serving a mix of curries and grilled food, it is for Xavier the fulfilment of an aspiration that he had been nursing since he first began to work in the food and beverage industry five years ago. While working in a fast-food outlet in Kuala Lumpur, he had envisioned opening up his own restaurant.
