EXACT Software was established in 1984 in Delft, the Netherlands, and has been listed on the Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange since 1999. But today, it looks more and more a Malaysian operation. 

From its premises on Level 47, Tower 2, Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Exact Asia Development Centre Sdn Bhd's (Exact ADC) 240 employees – all Malaysians except for general manager Ronald Voets and four Dutch nationals under local contract – design and build business applications software for worldwide release, apart from upgrades.
