ONE of China's top 10 entrepreneurs, Li Jinyuan, who owns the Tianshi Health Development group, plans to make Malaysia a base for halal food supplements production in South-East Asia.
Li said he would leverage on Malaysia's reputation as a hub for halal products to export the supplements to several countries, particularly in the Middle East.
