Fiamma Holdings Bhd has agreed to sell a parcel of idle industrial property to printing company Thumbprints UTD Sdn Bhd for RM10.3mil cash. 

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, Fiamma said the disposal would increase its earnings per share by 5.9 sen for the year to September.
