MALAYSIA Airlines (MAS) expects its Travel Fair 2005 to generate some RM100mil in sales, a 50% increase over last year's RM68mil at the inaugural event.
Senior general manager (sales, distribution and marketing) Datuk Rashid Khan said the airline's optimism was based on stronger response from participating members of the travel industry as well as the expected increase in the number of visitors, seen rising to 180,000 this year from 120,000 last year.
