Good response to Faber Group’s asset disposal

THE tender documents for the purchase of seven Sheraton and Merlin hotels and the Penang Plaza commercial complex previously owned and managed by Faber Group Bhd are being snapped up ahead of the closing date of Jan 10. 

Zerin Properties, the exclusive agent for the sale, had sold 230 tender documents to prospective investors, 30% of whom were foreigners, particularly Singaporeans, chief executive officer Previndran Singhe said.
