SHANGHAI: Minsheng Bank, China's second most valuable lender, said its shareholders have approved a plan to push back a US$1bil initial public offering in Hong Kong by up to a year.
Shareholders agreed to extend Minsheng's plan to sell shares in Hong Kong up to Jan 8, 2006, the bank said in a statement over the weekend, without elaborating. – Reuters
