Bina Darulaman Bhd (BDB) anticipates RM2.1mil revenue from its serviced apartments at the Darulaman Golf and Country Club when their time-sharing scheme starts in early 2006.
Group managing director Datuk Dr Ku Abdul Rahman Ku Ismail said that with the opening of the apartment block, the club’s golf package and restaurant business would be enhanced.
