LOCAL rubber latex glove makers will not be affected by the Government's new ruling that rubber latex gloves with a protein content of more than 400 ug/g (microgrammes per gramme) cannot be exported beginning Jan 1 next year.
“Most rubber glove manufacturers have been well prepared ahead of the export ruling since early this year,” said Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers' Association (MRGMA) president K.H. Oon.
