  • has been granted approval by the International Trade and Industry Ministry to acquire 30% of Sime Sembcorp Engineering from Singapore’s Sembcorp Industries for RM65mil in cash.        

    The acquisition will raise Sime Darby’s effective interest in Sime Sembcorp to 79%. – AFX-Asia
