SINGAPORE: Valuair has sold over 20% of its shares to Star Cruises, making the world’s number three cruise line the largest single investor in the Singapore budget carrier, company officials said yesterday.
As part of the alliance, Star Cruises will pay an undisclosed sum for its shareholding in the privately-held carrier and the two parties will jointly offer travel packages, they said in a statement.
