Maybank to enhance portal

Malayan Banking Bhd will continue to enhance its online financial portal Maybank2u.com to ensure that customers enjoy the best in Internet banking services. 

Senior executive vice-president and head of retail financial services group, Datuk Johar Che Mat, said the bank was aware of customers' feedback on the introduction of the online subscription fee of RM6 per half-year, from Dec 20. “We hope our customers will be able to appreciate that the introduction of the subscription fee is to ensure Maybank can continue to reinvest to enhance its portal with more innovative services and technology in the future.
