ASIA'S savvy executives are starting to mix business with pleasure. When it comes to travel, many are combining business with personal trips. Whether it's tacking a few vacation days on to a business trip, or doing a spot of business while on holiday, 42% of all respondents to the survey say this is how they are maximising their travel plans and budgets.
The bulk of respondents (75%) – mainly senior executives – said they travelled about five times a year for business, holiday or on combined trips. As many as five pure business trips a year were made by 45% of respondents, while 71% tried to unwind by taking at least one work-free holiday.
