  • said wholly-owned unit Lion Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd has entered into an agreement with Shandong LuHe Group Co Ltd to set up a new joint venture company in China's Shandong province. 

    The joint venture company had a proposed registered and paid-up capital of US$40mil and operating a tyre business in China, the company said.
