YTL Power International Bhd expects its investment in Indonesia's second largest independent power producer to contribute an after-tax profit of RM85.5mil to the group in the six months ending June 30, 2005.
“The investment in PT Jawa Power is a rare opportunity to invest in a well structured and operating asset that is past its construction stage and already profitable,'' YTL Power managing director Tan Sri Francis Yeoh told reporters in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
