MK Land Holdings Bhd expects to launch its maiden landed properties within Petaling Jaya's Damansara Perdana township next year, after a series of strata-titled property launches since 1996.
Its sales and marketing assistant general manager Mohd Johan Shadzli said the landed properties would comprise bungalows and semi-detached double-storey houses to be built on the hills of Damansara Perdana.
However, details and pricing of these properties were still being ironed out, he told a press conference in Petaling Jaya yesterday.
MK Land would also be launching more commercial properties, such as offices and retail lots, next year, he said.
Johan said MK Land had sold some RM1.8bil worth of properties in Damansara Perdana since 1996.
The 750-acre integrated township was expected to have some 14,500 homes and fetch total sales of RM8.3bil when completed by 2010, he added.
Earlier, Johan said MK Land was organising a Hari Raya open house from 10am to 6pm tomorrow and on Sunday at its show village in Damansara Perdana.
He said the event was a token of the company's appreciation for the strong support from its customers and staff. The open house would also feature a mini car show and a talk on feng shui by geomancy practitioner David Koh.
