MK LAND Bhd subsidiary Medan Prestasi Sdn Bhd expects its latest affordable apartments at the Taman Bunga Raya township in Rawang to be fully sold out within the next 12 months. 

The company will launch 660 low-rise apartments worth RM40mil this week.
