MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) - The outgoing chief executive of Australian telecommunications giant Telstra said Friday his departure was prompted by differences between him and the company's board of directors.
Telstra Corp., Australia's largest listed company, announced this week that CEO Ziggy Switkowski will stand down by July next year as the majority government-owned company heads toward full privatization.
