Hyundai-Berjaya gets takeover offer

HYUNDAI-Berjaya Corp Bhd has received an unconditional takeover offer from Space Tracks Sdn Bhd for all the remaining ordinary shares and warrants in the company it does not already own at a cash offer price of RM3.60 per share and RM2.60 per warrant. 

The board of directors of Hyundai-Berjaya will appoint an independent adviser to advise its minority shareholders and warrant holders on the offer.
