ANTAH Holdings Bhd plans to list two subsidiaries on Bursa Malaysia next year, acquire a controlling stake in a construction-based company and divest existing non-core assets as part of its strategy to streamline operations.
The group, which last week secured the backing of its creditors to restructure debts worth RM260mil, aims to return to profitability in the financial year ending June 30, 2006.
