·Taliworks Corp Bhd said its subsidiary SWM Technologies Sdn Bhd will form a joint venture with China’s Tianjin City Appearance and Sanitation Construction Development Co Ltd to operate and manage the Tianjin Panlou Life Waste Transfer Station in Tianjin.
Taliworks said in a statement to the stock exchange the new joint venture, to be called Tianjin-SWM Environment Ltd, would be incorporated in China with registered capital of 20 million yuan.
