PETRA Perdana Berhad has acquired a 70% equity stake in one of Sarawak’s top shipyards, the Sibu-based Yong Choo Kui (YCK) Shipyard Sdn Bhd.
The acquisition was made for a sum consideration of RM22.68mil.
