ASEANIA Development Sdn Bhd and Belleview Properties Sdn Bhd have plans in the pipeline to launch new landed residential projects in Bukit Mertajam at the end of the year and in early 2005.
Aseania Development senior sales and marketing manager Chew Cheng Teik said the company planned to launch 130 double-storey terraced houses with built-up areas of 2,100 sq ft.
