Cypark raising funds for expansion abroad

Cypark Sdn Bhd aims to raise RM40mil from the capital market to finance its expansion abroad and realise its dream of becoming Asia’s foremost integrated landscaping services company. 

Executive vice-chairman K.K. Siow said it was important for the company to be financially strong to compete internationally, and the initial public offering (IPO) would raise the needed cashflow. The IPO will also make Cypark the first listed integrated landscaping services company in Asia.
