PARIS: Bouygues SA, the world's third biggest construction company, said it is in exclusive talks to sell its Saur water utility unit to buyout firm PAI Partners.
PAI had offered 1.04 billion euros (US$1.35bil) for the business, Bouygues said in a faxed statement. The boards of Bouygues and Saur would meet on Nov 17, it said.
