IFCA sells IP right to South African firm

IFCA MSC Bhd, an enterprise-wide integrated business solutions provider, yesterday signed a sale and purchase agreement with Johannesburg-based MBS Software Pte Ltd to sell an intellectual property (IP) right for RM15.96mil. 

The agreement would accord MBS the right to develop and market to the entire African continent the suite of IFCA software applications attached to the IP right, IFCA said in a statement.
