JOHNSON Controls (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed by Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd to manage the facilities for the 30-storey Menara Weld.
Great Eastern, which assumed management of Menara Weld in June, outsourced the facility management of the 14-year old landmark in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur to Johnson Controls, which is one of the biggest facility solutions services provider globally.
