SCOMI Group Bhd has announced that Oiltools International Ltd, a unit of Kota Minerals & Chemicals Sdn Bhd (KMC) had subscribed for two shares of S$1 each representing the entire issued and paid-up capital in KMC Oiltools (S) Pte Ltd (KMCOPL).
KMC, a wholly-owned unit of Scomi, is mainly involved in the provision of drilling fluids and related engineering services for drilling operations as well as the supply of production and industrial chemicals to the oil and gas industry.
