THE Society of Construction Law (SCL) and the Malaysian Bar Council will be holding a conference on International Construction Law & Arbitration on Saturday at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
This is possibly the first of such conference to be held in South-East Asia, according to a statement issued jointly by the SCL and the Bar Council.
The conference will present current topics in construction law and arbitration with an international dimension.
The topics will be of great interest to those involved in the construction industry, both locally and overseas, including corporations, developers, contractors, engineers, architects, surveyors and lawyers, the statement said.
Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu will open the conference.
