Peremba Jaya gets RM200m Murabahah notes facility

PEREMBA Jaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PECD Bhd, has signed an agreement for the issuance of Murabahah notes issuance facility and/or Murabahah medium-term notes (MUNIF/MMTNs Programme) of up to RM200mil. 

The loan facility is to finance the construction and development of Phases 2 and 3, involving government residential units comprising landed and high-rise properties, of the Precinct 11 project in Putrajaya, PECD said in a statement.
