WangZheng shares oversubscribed 1.4 times

WANGZHENG Bhd's public share issue and offer for sale has been oversubscribed 1.4 times. 

In conjunction with its listing on the Bursa Malaysia second board, the company made a public issue of 4.5 million new ordinary shares and offer for sale of 44.5 million ordinary shares of 50 sen each at an issue price of RM1 each.
