Telekom Malaysia Bhd may be able to increase cellular phone customers this year and in 2005 at a faster pace than the country’s industry average of 10%.
“Looking at regaining market share, clearly our net additions have to be above our current share of 38%,” chief executive Datuk Abdul Wahid Omar said in an interview in Kuala Lumpur. He declined to give a specific forecast.
