PROPERTY developer Mahajaya Bhd, whose share price has been steadily rising since late August, gained a further 14 sen or 5.3% yesterday to close at a high of RM2.76.
The shares had largely traded at about RM1 until a sharp 21-sen leap on Aug 24, and have been rising since. Mahajaya was admitted to the main board of Bursa Malaysia on April 27 after a reverse takeover of Hotline Furniture Bhd.
