SHORT-SELLING activity, which has the capacity to increase velocity in the market, could attract more investors to the capital market, according to K&N Kenanga Bhd vice-president and head of research, Seow Choong Liang.
He said in the medium-term, short-selling could also boost the futures and options markets, which barely saw much activity now.
