CONSTRUCTION and property developer Ireka Corp Bhd
(ICB) is bullish on its soon-to-be-launched range of serviced apartments, named iZen, at Mont Kiara in Kuala Lumpur.
Construction of the project, with total gross development value (GDV) of RM1bil, will begin next month and be due for completion in three years. The price of the units will be announced at a later date.
