MAIN board listed FACB Resorts Bhd will rename itself Karambunai Corp Bhd to reflect the company's commitment in developing its 600ha Karambunai property in Sabah that includes a 500-room five-star resort.

Chief operating officer Robin Loh said that as part of its focus on Karambunai, the company was also divesting its non-core assets, including its 360ha Bukit Unggul residential resort development in Sepang.
