SHANGHAI, China (AP) - Pfizer Inc., the world's largest drug company, said Tuesday that it has filed an appeal in a Beijing court against a government decision rejecting the company's Chinese patent for its erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra.
A Beijing-based spokesman for the company, Wang Xunbiao, confirmed that Pfizer filed the appeal with Beijing's First Intermediate People's Court.
