Reliance expects RM50mil sales from PD suites project

RELIANCE Pacific Bhd's resort development division is set to realise gross sales of RM50mil from its Marina View Service Suites development at its flagship Marina Cove project in Port Dickson over the next two years.

Executive director (travel division) Tan Sin Chong said the division had not been active in the last few years, hit by the “unprecedented shock” to the tourism industry in the aftermath of the Sept 11 terrorist attack in the US and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome outbreak in the region.
