ASTON Villa Sdn Bhd, which is to develop the Scott Sentral serviced apartments in Brickfields, expects to sell 60% of the project in just a month after the launch tomorrow.
The company had already sold 27% of the 189 suites, executive director Lai Teck Yaing said.
