Mines City Hotel to issue 200mil shares

MINES City Hotel Bhd (MCH), a wholly-owned unit of Country Heights Holdings Bhd, is offering 200 million new ordinary shares of RM1 each to the public to pare down borrowings and raise funds for its expansion into the time-share vacation business. 

Country Heights managing director Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew said the first 50 million shares were available for subscription now until the closing date next Monday, while the remaining 150 million shares would be offered within a year.
